
Nori "Popcorn"

This is a simple recipe using our whole-leaf wild Nori that promises to be a crowd pleaser. Substitute nutritional yeast in place of cayenne if you don't want the heat.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb Origin Seaweed whole-leaf Nori
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- Sprinkle of cayenne or nutritional yeast
Directions:
Heat skillet, wok or pan on medium heat and add sesame oil and 1/4 lb of whole-leaf Nori, breaking Nori up into bite-size pieces. Stir constantly, adjusting heat to low making sure not the burn the Nori. Toast for 3-6 minutes until it crunches. Nori will continue to get crunchier as it cools. Sprinkle cayenne to your desired heat or substitute with nutritional yeast if you don't like it spicy. Enjoy like popcorn!
